We're nearly there - and the sign of nearly there is always the arrival of the advance copy. And arrive it did - Hand Quilted With Love - on Friday.
I am so so so excited about this book, I can't express it. For starters, it's a beautiful production - my new publisher, Cico Books in the UK, have produced a hard cover with a jacket and it it just so pretty. Look at the end papers for a start!
Inside are 16 projects I've been wanting to make for ages, ranging from very quick and fun and easy to quite the challenge. Included are - YES I know you've all been waiting for it, you sent me enough emails!!! - the quilt from the design wall in the front of Quilting From Little Things:
It's called String-Sane. Also included is the Bass Line quilt that I designed for Amy - so some of you will be able to spot your blocks in there!
Although the book is called Hand quilted with Love it's not all about hand quilting - in fact some of the quilts are machine quilted! It's just about my love of quilting in general, and wanting to share it with all of you :)
