Where have you been? Well, not to London to visit the Queen, but certainly being busy in loads of different places. There are exciting things afoot everywhere I turn - and my head is turning in about a zillion different directions.

SOON I promise I will be able to preview you my new fabric range, show some new patterns, launch my new online shop....soon I will be able to tell you some VERY exciting news, give you links to some FAB giveaways on the re-launch of Sewn and have an absolutely AWESOME giveaway on my blog!

All this very very soon... in the meantime I can only leave you with pictures of projects in progress and promises of good things to come!

Oooo, I like that quilt that makes diamond shapes from squares. It inspires me to try something like that for an "I Spy" quilt!

I love the quilt in your last photo. Is it your original pattern or one that I may purchase? It's stunning with all of the little pieces and color placement done just right.

I love your toothbrush rug. I'm having the hardest time getting the hang of it, and I consider myself a fast learner. I found some videos on You Tube to check. Love your quilts!

Thanks for the love on the quilt on the wall ladies! It's my own pattern (a take oh a Philadelphia Pavement) and it has a big pieced and appliqued border to come yet. Will be a pattern later in the year.

Sarah for the new to quilting what is a toothbrush quilt - I have always wanted to do a rag rug since Little House on the Prairie in the 70's but dont know where to start - this looks like it....how do you do it....
