This is me

  • Hi there! My name is Sarah Fielke, and this is my blog. I'm a quilter, a teacher, a designer and an author. You might know me as co-author of the Material Obsession books - now though, I'm doing my own thing, designing fabric for Lecien, Japan. My new solo book, Quilting: From Little Things is out now. What a long journey, but fantastic! I hope the sushi was wonderful.

Kate

Any room in your suit case? Have a fantastic time.

Sarah

The sushi was worth the wait, but I still have to finish the last quilt today, it was Coming Up Roses and King sized, so he let me off :) Back to the needles....

Oh Sarah, what a big job...but how exciting for your to be displaying and sharing your quilts with those in the Netherlands. I know they will be appreciated in Holland as much as they are here....
Well done - you go girl!!!

Sandy

Sarah, How exciting for you. I am sure that everyone will LOVE your quilts as much as we do here in Australia.

Your quilts coming to the Netherlands. That is my chance as I happen to live there! Nieuw Buinen isn't on my side of the country though, so I will have to work out how to get there, maybe a quilting weekend with some friends?
