This is me

  • Hi there! My name is Sarah Fielke, and this is my blog. I'm a quilter, a teacher, a designer and an author. You might know me as co-author of the Material Obsession books - now though, I'm doing my own thing, designing fabric for Lecien, Japan. My new solo book, Quilting: From Little Things is out now. I should totally have met you there. What was I thinking?

Stephanie

I don't envy such a long flight but oh there is a wee bit of envy at all the deliciousness at market!

Jackie

Wish I could have been at market this spring to meet you. Will you be at fall market? I will be there. It looks like you had a terrific time. It was worth the long flight!

amy

Love the sunny Westminster booth shot! I loved how the sun moved around the convention center. I couldn't stand near the Kokka booth very long. It was dangerously delicious over there. Yea for upgrades!

jen duncan

What a wonderful time you had. Lucky girl!

Kate Dixon

I cannot begin to explain how envious I am...uhhh...all that fabric, all those quilts. You lucky, lucky girl! Enjoy the sunshine because before you know it you will be back in Sydneytown where it is grey, grey and grey!

Kim McLean

The halo looks good on you Sarah!!

Cheryl Arkison

It is fun to see all the different perspectives on Market. You've focused on some things that I've seen no other profiles. It all makes me rather jealous...

Jennifer

so sorry I missed you wasn't there for very long...looks like you had fun!!
